📜 Key Rental Details
Rates and Time
- Standard Rental:$700.00 for 5.5 hours (1-hour setup, 4-hours with guests, 0.5-hour clean-up/depart).
- Security Deposit: A $400.00 security deposit is required. This is typically returned shortly after the event, provided there is no damage or overage.
- Additional Time: Available for $200.00 per hour, which must be arranged in advance.
- Optional: A 13’ x 13’ parquet wood dance floor can be rented for $100.00.
Capacity and Setup
- Maximum Occupancy: Approximately 100 guests.
- Furniture Provided: 60” round tables and upholstered folding chairs (maximum 8 per table) are included.
- Not Permitted: Candles, glitter, confetti, fondue fountains, and cotton candy machines are not allowed.
- Decorations: Only blue painters’ tape may be used to affix decorations to the walls. Nothing may be placed on the ceilings.
- Accessibility: Please note the hall is **not handicapped accessible**.
🧑🍳 Staffing and Beverages
Host/Bartender
- A Host/Bartender is **included** in the rental fee.
- The Host is responsible for setting up and cleaning the ballroom/barroom.
- The Host **exclusively serves all beverages**. It is customary to offer a gratuity.
Food, Server, and Alcohol
- Catering: The Renter is responsible for providing all food. We can provide recommendations for familiar caterers upon request.
- Server Required: An external Server is **required** for events with **50 or more guests**.
- Server Fee: The Renter pays the server directly (typically $30-$35/hour, or $150-$175).
- Beverages/Alcohol: All beverages (including water and soda) must be provided by the Renter and served by the Host. Alcohol must be served at the bar. **Beer kegs are not permitted**.
- The Licensee is solely responsible for the provision of alcoholic beverages to their guests.
🅿️ Parking Information
Please advise your guests of the following parking options:
- **Church Property:** **No parking** is permitted in the small lot adjacent to the Hall, as it is reserved for Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church.
- **Available Parking:** Paid street parking or the Village garage, located across from the Hall.
- **Free Parking Times:** Parking is **free** after 8:00 p.m. on Mon-Fri, after 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and all day Sunday.
- Drop-off: Supplies may be dropped off/picked up directly in the lot, but the vehicle must be moved prior to the event.
