The Ridgewood Knights of Columbus Hall is available for rent. The Hall was recently completely renovated. It is available for private parties, corporate events, or meetings of any association. Frequently Asked Questions:

Hall Rental Rates: The rate for a standard 4 hour rental is $550.00. We allow entry to the hall one hour before your event. Each additional hour (either before or after) is $100.00. We also require a separate $400.00 check which is held as a security deposit and is returned within 10 days following your rental.

Types of Events: We are able to rent the hall for most types of events but reserve the right to choose who we book to. We do not rent the hall for Sweet 16's.

Hall Capacity: The legal capacity for the hall is 160 persons. This includes both the main room and bar area. Approximately 100 people can be comfortably seated in the main room.

Dance Floor: We have a 15'x15' parquet dance floor available for rent for $150.00.

Do we have access to the entire hall?: All renters have exclusive access to the entire facility, including the main room, bar area, kitchen and rest rooms. Please note the kitchen has a refridgerator/freezer and microwave oven for renter use. There is no stove/oven or icemaker.

What's included?: We provide both 60" round tables for seating (8 people each) and 72" rectangular tables for serving. We also provide chairs. The Knights provide an Event Host for every rental. The Host assists with setup and cleanup and is available during the event to meet your needs. We cannot provide bar service or sell alcohol. All beer/liquor is BYO. No linens, cutlery or other party supplies are provided.

Setup: We generally allow access to the facility one hour prior to your event for setup. Requests for additional time to set up are subject to overtime charges.

Booking: No date is considered booked until a contract, 50% rental deposit and security deposit are received.

PLEASE NOTE: Many internet map providers (Google, Yahoo, etc.) have our address incorrectly listed despite our efforts to have it changed. If your guests search for "Ridgewood Knights of Columbus" they will find themselves directed to 31 North Broad St. and they will get lost. The correct address is 31 SOUTH BROAD ST.

The Ridgewood Knights of Columbus Hall is located at 31 South Broad St., on the corner of Hudson and Broad Streets. The building is on the same block as Our Lady of Mt. Carmel church.
